About Me

Hi, I am Sally McDowall, I have been a qualified Therapist for 30 years primarily delivering bespoke therapies unique to the individual needs of my patients.  I am also a qualified adult educator and have facilitated people in learning new skills to help broaden their own clinical skill as well as teaching individuals to learn skills on how to help themselves along with helping friends and family members.

It is important to understand how the body functions alongside the mind to promote well being within.  We each have individual needs depending circumstances, life experiences & so many other aspects of our lives therefore to begin to unravel what is going on for us as individuals is key to regaining optimum health & well being.
