Within the UK there is FREE 1st class Delivery for any size order. Next day rates are available if needed but are chargeable. Visit the delivery page for more information.

I accept returns if they are damaged, faulty or not as ordered. Refunds of unopened bottles / tubs need to be sent back to my office within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund, the buyer pays the return postage.

If you are not in to receive your order Royal Mail should put a card through your door stating that they attempted delivery and will give you the opportunity to arrange a re-delivery or to pick up from the local depot, many of the products are available in flat packs which will fit through your letterbox even if you’re out, if it’s a small order.

All orders received before 1pm the same day are sent the same day. Please allow 1 – 3 working days usually for 1st class Royal Mail orders.
